Give the unit position and the service-space location that is already safely known. Damp flooring beside that space does not establish whether its plumbing is the source. The useful inquiry is what evidence and authorized access can distinguish a concealed supply section from another nearby water path.
Ask whether the unit-only assessment is sufficient
If the service room cannot yet be entered, the report should state what that prevents the assessment from confirming. An opening inside the unit should not silently substitute for unavailable source access. Identify who can arrange the additional permission and what finding would justify disturbing the floor finish.
Distinguish the source before planning access
Ask whether access to that room is needed to distinguish a concealed line from another source. Detection, pipe repair and floor restoration can involve separate scope items.
