Address and property context
The City of Naples planning map names Aqualane Shores separately from neighboring areas. Give the actual property address rather than using a nearby neighborhood as a substitute.
Keep rain and fixture timing apart
Moisture beside an outside wall or a mark returning after repainting needs a useful sequence. Put ordinary fixture use, rain and prior finish work on separate dated notes. A recent event can guide investigation without proving which water path is responsible. Do not run more water or remove a finish merely to recreate the symptom.
Compare indoor and outdoor source evidence
Where a pool, irrigation pipe and household supply are nearby, ask which circuits were actually assessed. A pool-level change and damp flooring may need separate findings. Before an interior or slab opening is selected, the assessment should explain why that location answers the source question and what competing path remains untested.
Make unattended access an explicit arrangement
If nobody is home, identify the person who can provide safe entry and the person who approves further work. They may be different contacts. A repair proposal should distinguish source correction from repainting or reinstating the opened surface, so another cosmetic covering is not mistaken for evidence that a recurring leak was resolved.
