From a safe dry position, describe whether the location is beside pool equipment, a house connection or landscaping. Keep people away from wet electrical equipment instead of moving closer to inspect a valve.
Clarify the effect of a supply interruption
The person handling the incident needs to know which users or systems a proposed isolation would affect. Ask who may authorize it and whether the first visit is for safe assessment, temporary control or a completed repair.
