A damp floor seems unrelated to fixture use
Record whether moisture changes during a no-use period and whether outdoor systems were active. A damp floor alone does not locate a pressurized pipe leak.
A no-use observation needs its outdoor context
Floor dampness that appears unrelated to fixture use can still coincide with intended outdoor water use. Note the known irrigation or pool activity during the observation interval. A lack of obvious indoor use is not the same as every circuit being idle, and the floor mark alone does not locate a pressurized leak.
Request the link between flow and flooring
Ask what finding connects the suspected household line to the damp area and what alternative moisture path remains possible. If water use is confirmed elsewhere but the floor source is unresolved, keep those as separate findings. The decision to open a slab should depend on that connection, with finish reinstatement defined.
Distinguish the source before planning access
Ask what test distinguishes a hidden pressurized leak from another moisture path. Detection, pipe repair and floor restoration can involve separate scope items.
