Address and property context
If a manager or association controls access at the Bay Colony property, obtain the actual entry and authorization arrangements. This inquiry guide does not assert community-wide rules.
Permission is part of the assessment plan
For a property with managed access, name the actual rooms and service spaces that can be entered. Entry to the residence does not necessarily authorize opening a finish or interrupting a common supply. A locked room relevant to the suspected source should remain an access limitation rather than be assumed sound.
Identify the private or common circuit
A private pool beside managed facilities and a water line serving several users need different authorization records. Specify which pool, branch or shared segment is involved. Ordinary use by another user can affect a shared flow observation, while a localized wet surface does not establish who maintains the line underneath.
Use a result that names its limits
Ask whether findings confirm a particular section or only narrow an area within accessible space. If another contact or controller record is needed, include that dependency before the next visit. Choose repair and reinstatement from the assessed evidence instead of treating a limited scan or general entry permission as a completed diagnosis.
