Separate the refill source from pool circulation
A pool with a separately documented refill supply has more than one relevant water path. Identify that source where records establish it, along with the pool-level history. Refill consumption describes water entering the pool; it does not by itself locate where the pool might be losing water.
Ask which side of the water balance is unresolved
Clarify whether the agreed assessment covers refill operation, pool loss or both. A repair to refill equipment should have its own finding, as should work on a pool fitting or circulation section. If one part remains untested, record that limitation rather than assuming a single adjustment resolves every concern.
