Give the documented refill source and the pool-level history without inferring a well or public connection from the address. Water entering through refill and loss from the pool are different sides of the inquiry. One household usage record may not describe both where supplies are separate.
Name the refill and pool sections in the scope
Ask whether the assessment covers refill equipment, circulation or both, and which finding supports any recommended correction. If only one section was evaluated, keep the other question open. A proposal to change the refill arrangement should not be presented as confirming that every pool component has been assessed.
Separate pool testing from pool repair
